Nova Metrix - President
Mr. Boone joined Nova in 2016 and serves as the Division President. Prior to joining Nova Metrix, Mr. Boone was Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Physics, Inc., a manufacturer of test, measurement, and inspection equipment. He also served as Divisional President pre and post divestiture of Nova Technologies Corporation, a former instrumentation platform of Nova Ventures that served the water, wastewater, and hydroelectric industries. Mr. Boone holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geoenvironmental Science from Shippensburg University and completed the Advanced Finance for Executives program at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business Executive Education.
Nova Metrix - Vice President
Mr. Borne was promoted to Vice President of Nova Metrix in 2019 with nearly 20 years of engineering and operations leadership experience. Mr. Borne joined FISO Technologies Inc. a subsidiary of Roctest Ltd., in 2004 and has been its General Manager since 2009. In 2012, Mr. Borne was promoted to General Manager of Roctest where he currently oversees the entire Roctest Group. Prior to joining FISO, Mr. Borne worked at JDS Uniphase in their Fiber Optic Component Division in Ottawa, Canada, where he held various positions in R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, and Project Management. Mr. Borne has a Bachelor’s degree from Laval University in Physics Engineering with specialties in Optics and Electronics.
Nova Metrix - Division Finance Manager
Ms. Wysolmierski has over 17 years of experience in various accounting and finance roles at a number of large global public companies such as Anheuser-Busch Inc., Perrigo Company plc, and Jabil Circuit Inc. Ms. Wysolmierski has held Plant Controller positions at each of these companies with multi-site responsibilities and has particular expertise in Operational Finance for manufacturing businesses. Ms. Wysolmierski holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Nova Metrix - Global Sales & Marketing Manager
Ms. Davies joins Nova Metrix as its Global Sales & Marketing Manager with over 15 years of diverse sales and marketing leadership experience across North America with an acute focus on top line growth through new customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. Ms. Davies' experiences and successful outcomes have been as a result of applying consistent standards, operating procedures, and disciplines that have built her “best practices toolbox” in both enterprise and small company environments in manufacturing, distribution, solution, and service sales. Along with a reputation for delivering financial results, creativity, and innovation in sales and marketing strategy, Ms. Davies also understands and embraces the importance of the human element – building strong teams, inspiring and developing high potential employees, while building and growing relationships with colleagues, leaders, customers, and partners. Ms. Davies' alma mater includes both the University of Western Ontario and Fanshawe College in Ontario Canada.
Nova Metrix - Division Marketing Manager
Ms. Vandermolen joins Nova Metrix as its Global Marketing Manager with over 18 years in radio news and broadcast television; from live operations and on-air reporting, to story producing and production manager in a national newsroom. Following a natural career transition from TV & radio into marketing communications, Ms. Vandermolen excels as a marketing professional with a demonstrated and diverse background in digital media, long-range strategy and implementation, and project management. Her projects incorporate story-telling formulas through video and image production, print & digital graphic design, media relations, and engaging website content. Prior to becoming the Division Marketing Manager with Nova Metrix, Ms. Vandermolen began her career in the Nova family in 2016 as the Marketing Communications Specialist supporting three of its key global subsidiaries (Waterloo Hydrogeologic, Van Essen Instruments and Westbay Instruments); working with the management and sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies resulting in sales growth and strong brand awareness.
