Jim BarbooklesChairman and CEO
Before joining, Mr. Barbookles was a consultant to several Fortune 500 companies and previously served as President and CEO of a major US water analysis instrumentation manufacturer. His past responsibilities also included positions in manufacturing and operations with United Technologies, American Optical, Cambridge Instruments and Thermo Electron. He graduated from Buffalo State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with an MBA.
Michael LarkinChief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Nova, Mr. Larkin was the Chief Financial Officer of Home Made Brand Foods, Inc. that was acquired by Greencore Group plc in 2008. His past responsibilities included senior finance positions with Munters Corp and Thermo Electron. Mr. Larkin received a B.A. in Economics from Boston College and an M.B.A. from the Suffolk University Executive Program. Mr. Larkin has also completed the requirements for the Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Management Accountant certifications.
Tom PaquetteExecutive Vice President of Marketing
Prior to joining Nova, Mr. Paquette held executive roles at Thermo Orion, a wholly owned subsidiary of Thermo Electron Corporation, which served the Laboratory instrumentation industry. He also served in various senior management roles throughout his career in Operations, Design and Quality Assurance. Mr. Paquette has a B.S. in Industrial Design from Massachusetts College of Art and an M.B.A from Endicott College.
Janet BarbooklesVice President and General Counsel
Prior to joining Nova, Ms. Barbookles served as a judicial extern in the San Francisco Superior Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Ms. Barbookles received a BS from Northeastern University, JD from Golden Gate University School of Law, an L.L.M in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, and an M.B.A from Boston University School of Management. Ms. Barbookles is licensed to practice law in California and Massachusetts.
